Walk-through & evaluation

We walk the areas with you, address any concerns, clarify any uncertainties, and verify the total before we start. No surprises, no upsells.

Thorough pre-vacuum

We vacuum to remove dry soil and pet hair, regardless of whether you've already vacuumed your carpet. Extraction only works if the dry dirt is out first.

Furniture & property prep

Drop cloths placed on the lawn. Corner guards installed on the doorways. Furniture slid out of the way, cleaned beneath, and set on plastic tabs or foam blocks.

Pre-spray & spot treatment

We apply a biodegradable pre-spray to lift away oily residue, then use specialty spotting product for individual spot treatment.
