Fantastic first class work great job

We hired Scott’s to do a grout cleaning before we move. The process was very easy and smooth from the get go. The staff I spoke to on the in phone were very kind and helpful! They had great communication leading up to our cleaning. The day of our service, Jose was our tech. He was so kind and professional in his communication. He kept me updated on his progress, and he did a fantastic job! We will definitely be using Scott’s again!

Jason did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and chaise. It looks new!

Jason was a very hard worker at our home cleaning two couches that we had. He did an excellent job. I think he did a better job than other upholstery cleaners we’ve had before. I will use Scott’s again.

I cannot believe the job Jose, is doing!! Never have I had my carpets cleaned so well!! He is so nice, professional and a major asset to Scott's! So glad I decided to give them a try! Have always used major band names what a waste of money, my carpets look rand new!!!! Do not know about other technicians but ask for Jose you will be thrilled!!!!

My carpet looks like NEW! It smells wonderful and feels great! Jason was very professional. He explained the process and was very honest about what he could do and what he could not do. I was totally impressed by the results. I will be recommending Scott's to every one I know! I have now used Scott's a second time and it was great again. I will never call another company to clean my carpets!!!!!! I have now used Scott's for a third time!!! I can't say enough nice things about them! Jason did my carpet again and did a wonderful job! Absolutely wonderful!! Great price. Professional service - and everyone was so friendly! Jason did an amazing job. We had considered replacing our carpet but wanted to give this a try first - so glad we did. Saved us thousands! They gave us the price upfront. Also great communication when they're on the way, gives a description of the vehicle, and a photo of the tech for safety. Highly recommend!
