I was highly impressed with Scott's Carpet Care. By far the best experience I have had in years. They were on time, dressed in professional uniforms, had a clean truck, and presented themselves as professional technicians. The carpet looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use them again.

Jose went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. My carpets literally look brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He took the time to address all of my concerns and even assured me that he would return if any additional attention was needed, which demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. During the appointment, I was also on an important work meeting. Jose was very considerate and kept the noise to a minimum so I could continue my meeting without unnecessary interruptions. That level of professionalism and respect was greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was outstanding, the price was fair, and the results exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely continue using Scott Carpet Care, and whenever possible, I will specifically request Jose.
