Hose was very professional and informative. He explained what he was about to do and why he was doing it. He made sure he laid mats for his equipment to protect the floors and walls. The carpet looks great. Awesome service.

The crew arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They respected my home and communicated clearly. My carpets went from dull and smelly to bright and fresh! I’ll be using them again in the future when needed. It took about 5 hours for most carpets to dry a few areas the next day.
