I was extremely please with my carpet cleaning! Jose was very professional. He listened carefully to my needs. He then explained all that he was going to do to fix the problems. The carpets are clean and it all smells wonderful. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and this company. Hire them! You will be so happy with the work they do for you.

Jose went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. My carpets literally look brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He took the time to address all of my concerns and even assured me that he would return if any additional attention was needed, which demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. During the appointment, I was also on an important work meeting. Jose was very considerate and kept the noise to a minimum so I could continue my meeting without unnecessary interruptions. That level of professionalism and respect was greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was outstanding, the price was fair, and the results exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely continue using Scott Carpet Care, and whenever possible, I will specifically request Jose. Scotts was able to do an amazing job on removing blueberry butter from my rug. I dropped a small jar on my Persian rug and got it 99% removed. We're talking deep purple jam-like pureed preserves.

First, I'd like to start with how pleasant Michelle was to get my appointment setup, and also how fast they were able to accommodate my request. Second, the technician Jose was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an absolute bang up job. 10/10 We operate an elevator company with a large warehouse and 3 offices. Over time, the dirt, debris, oil, grease and carbon dust have built up throughout our office. Needless to say, none of that stood a chance when Scott's Carpet Care showed up and showed out!!! Thank you again for your amazing customer service!!!
