I'm Phillip Scott. I grew up in my father's cleaning business and I've been cleaning carpets since I was a kid. In 2015 I started Scott's Carpet Care with one rule: treat every house like it belongs to my own grandmother. A decade and 1,100+ five-star reviews later, we're still doing exactly that.
My dad owned a cleaning business when I was growing up, and that's where I learned what doing this work right looks like. By the time I was old enough to carry a hose, I was already running floors alongside him — and I've been doing some version of this ever since.
Scott's Carpet Care started in 2015 as a promise to do things the way I was taught: show up on time, protect the property, take the time to do it right, and stand behind the work.
