I'm Phillip Scott. I grew up in my father's cleaning business and I've been cleaning carpets since I was a kid. In 2015 I started Scott's Carpet Care with one rule: treat every house like it belongs to my own grandmother. A decade and 1,100+ five-star reviews later, we're still doing exactly that.
My dad owned a cleaning business when I was growing up, and that's where I learned what doing this work right looks like. By the time I was old enough to carry a hose, I was already running floors alongside him — and I've been doing some version of this ever since.
Scott's Carpet Care started in 2015 as a promise to do things the way I was taught: show up on time, protect the property, take the time to do it right, and stand behind the work. Every rig we roll out of Humble carries that standard. Every technician on our team was trained on it.
