These Terms and Conditions govern your use of scottscarpetcare.com and the cleaning services provided by Scott’s Carpet Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, pet odor, and rug cleaning services in Humble, TX and surrounding areas. Service descriptions on this website are for general information; the scope of any particular job is defined at the time of booking or on the service invoice.

Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. We’ll do our best to arrive on time, but traffic, prior jobs running long, or weather can occasionally cause delays — in which case we’ll contact you. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned and for moving any small, fragile, or valuable items out of the work area before we arrive. We’ll move standard furniture where it’s safe to do so, but we are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed, were previously damaged, or were unreasonable to move.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the services requested and the size and condition of the area being cleaned. Estimates provided in advance are based on the information you give us; final pricing may change if conditions on-site differ materially. Payment is due upon completion of service unless we’ve agreed to other terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at time of booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 7 days of the service and we’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining, wear-related issues, or damage caused after the cleaning.

Limitation of Liability

Some stains, odors, carpet conditions, and fabric types cannot be fully restored, and we do not guarantee complete removal of every stain or odor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
